Job Description

  • Female, minimum 23 years old
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in events or related field
  • Detail oriented, disciplined, and a team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) & Canva
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Based in Bali (Denpasar)

Job Qualification

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners (brands, vendors, communities, media, etc.)
  • Prepare proposals and partnership/sponsorship plans
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Create event reports and evaluations
  • Identify and develop strategic collaborations to increase brand awareness and engagement
