Job Description

  1. Achieve sales targets by actively developing and managing customer accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, particularly within the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) segment.
  3. Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and follow-ups on sales opportunities.
  4. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  5. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and service quality.
  7. Prepare and submit regular sales activity and performance reports.
  8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies.

Job Qualification

  1. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  2. Female candidate with a professional and presentable appearance.
  3. Minimum education: Vocational High School / Senior High School (SMK / SLTA).
  4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with at least 2 years of sales experience are preferred, especially those with experience in the HoReCa industry.
  5. Proficient in spoken and written English.
  6. Computer literate and able to operate MS Office applications.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Highly motivated, eager to learn, and willing to grow in the sales field.
  9. Maximum age: 27 years old.
  10. Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A or SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
