Job Description

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design or a related field
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and AI image generation tools
  • Creative with a strong sense of design and up-to-date with current design trends
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, and branding principles
  • Able to work under deadlines and achieve targets
  • Strong communication skills and able to work well in a team
  • At least 1 year of experience in the design field is a plus

Job Qualification

  • Create visual designs for company needs and marketing campaigns
  • Develop design concepts in line with brand guidelines
  • Adapt designs for various digital and print platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams
  • Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements
  • Maintain consistency of the brand’s visual identity
  • Manage master design files and asset libraries
  • Complete projects according to the assigned timeline
